Az EM ZRT stancológép a már jól ismert EM stancológép sorozat újabb tagja.

Rendkívül modern jellemzőkkel, mint:

Az EM-3612 ZRT stancológép egy méltó kiegészítése az AMADA EM stancológép sorozatának, amely képes nagy lemezeket megmunkálására újra pozícionálás nélkül.

Automata gyártás, több száz szerszámmal

A központi szerszámtároló mellett a stancológép rendelkezik egy másik szerszámtárral is, amibe további szerszámok tárolhatóak, akár a gép működése közben is, amiket szükség szerint használatba vesz a központi szerszámtároló.

A rendszer több száz eszköz befogadására is képen ilyen módon, hogy minden feladatra a megfelelő szerszám legyen bevetve. Ez a megoldás tehát kézi beavatkozás nélkül lehetővé teszi az összes fémmegmunkálási igény kielégítését, illetve összetett feladatok elvégzését is néhány nap alatt.

Mindemellett, az innovatív szerszám-azonosítónak, valamint a vonalkód-alapú szerszám-azonosításnak köszönhetően az EM-3612 ZRT képes felismerni az összes elérhető szerszámot, és automatikusan elvégezni a szerszámbeállításokat. Emberi beavatkozás nélkül. Így garantálva a precíz munkafolyamatokat, valamint az emberi erőforrások gazdaságosabb kihasználási lehetőségét.

A rendszer megbízhatóan meghatározza az összes szerszám aktuális állapotát méret, alak, szög és löket arány szerint, illetve, amennyiben szükséges, automatikusan vált egy csereszerszámra. Ezáltal a beállítási hibák kiküszöbölésre kerülnek, a hulladék termelés elkerülhető, minimalizálható, és csökkennek a költségek is.

További különleges képessége az EM ZRT stancológépnek, hogy egy intelligens kefés asztallal felszerelt. Minden esetben csak az éppen használt szerszám emelkedik üzemi szintre. Ez lehetővé teszi a karcmentes megmunkálást, miközben folyamatosan magas a gyártási minőség, lévén a megmunkálandó felület csak akkor érintkezik szerszámmal, amikor az szükséges, illetve a szerszámok is kímélve vannak a felesleges kopásoktól.
